Returns & Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 21 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Conditions of return I.e. tags removed, worn, etc...

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and/or cleaning costs.

Shipping & Processing Times:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. A standard order of 1-5 items will take normal preparation times, larger orders may need additional time but we will notify you of this at the time of purchase if required. A typical order will take between 3-10 days from point of sale to make the order and dispatch it. Once dispatched you should expect your order to arrive within our estimated shipping times.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
  • United States: 1-2 weeks
  • Canada: 2-3 weeks
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, customs and import taxes, weather, etc...
Buyers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wholesale Enquiries:

We do not accept wholesale enquiries as we cannot lower our prices more than what we already offer on sales and discount codes.

All sizing can be found on each product item, if you cannot find your size or the correct sizing information, please contact us.
